This may be hilarious, but it isn't entirely ridiculous.
companies produce simply because consumers buy.if consumers snubbed this, this wouldn't exist. so we can't exactly blame CTA Digital for anything, not even for being irresponsible. because they are not. well, not exactly.
"CTA Digital, Inc. is not and will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the bowling ball attachment", and i think they have every right to say so.
it's like the traffic laws. the pedestrian is always right. if you are driving a car and you run over a pedestrian, it's your fault. it doesn't matter if you did run him over, or if he was trying to save a cat from being run over, or if he wanted to die(emo). it's still your fault. this prevents motorists from being reckless. in the same way, CTA Digital would not take responsibility for accidents so that consumers would be careful when using the product. i mean, come on, who would want to break their TV sets, or their grandma's heads?
still, i'd never buy this accessory. not for anything in the world.
